Maintaining and updating project documentation Collecting material, logging documents and distributing deliverables to appropriate staff Coordinating various project meetings, preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes Tracking change requests as they relate to a project’s deliverables Providing support to project managers with resource planning and requests Participating in workshops and meetings with project teams Assisting with the preparation and delivery of project reviews Assisting in the organization and preparation of project presentation materials Assisting IS department administrator with various administrative duties, as assigned
  Requirement:  
At least two years’ post-secondary training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience At least one year of experience in a project administration role Strong knowledge of information technology terms and practices Proficiency using Microsoft® Office software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prepare cohesive reports based on notes provided by others Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines Ability to work in a cooperative, organized and efficient environment, with a wide variety of individuals
