Max File Size Bytes - The Maximum allowed file size of a CV/Resume documnet

Allowed Resume File Types - The Permitted CV/Resumwe file types. Edit Config.inc strIncludes string to set File types

Attachments folder - The folder location of the CV/Resumwe files

Site Address - The Full URL path of the folder containinig the HRAssit script

SMTP Settings - Select Enum value. More info here

Auto response email - the default email address that automatically replies to appliacant and password retrivals

Pick Table Border Color - Select the tables border color

Pick Table Background Color - Select the tables row color

Pick Page Background Color - Select the webpages background color

Jobs displayed per page - Set the Number of Job per page to be displayed

Candidates displayed per page - Set the Number of candidates per page to be displayed

Managing Jobs

Populate the Industry Type before posting a Job. Industry type ex, Law, IT, Marketing

Active Jobs can be found under the Open Jobs tab
Open Jobs can be modified and have their status changed
(XX) Indicates the Number in brackets of the number of applicants to the job
The Applicant link shows all the candidates that applied to the job

Filled or Inactive jobs are located under the Filled Jobs tab

The Job Search tab allows for finding and managing jobs

My Contacts
My Contacts - tab show the contact list. the list can be sorted by name
Add Contact - tab is the form to add a new contact to your list
Advanced Search - is the search form to find contacts from the list

Using Index Server to search Resumes/CVs

Manage Applicants

All Applicants - tab display the candidate list which can be sorted

The Manage - link let the admin edit the applicants information. The admin may update the applicants resume/CV, make general comments, interview comments, hiring information or remove the candidate from the list

Add New Applicant Page - Allows the admin add new applicants from previously recieved CVs

Advanced Search Page - Allows the admin to search applciantsby criteria

email Candidates page - is the form that allows admin sent notification to all applicants

Installation

Unzip the attachment to a folder in your web server

Ensure that cookies are enabled on your web browser

Add Read/Write permissions to iusr account for the _database folder

Enable Parent Paths to avoid Server.MapPath() error 'ASP 0175 :
80004005', Use Plek menu or IIS 6.0 console- http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;332117

If using Server 2008 64-bit, change Enable 32-bit applications to true

Click on the Manage Admin tab from the home page to change account name and password. Logout and login back again

Please make the necessary changes at the config page
